mixed media canvas... What do you think?

 

Hello my lovely crafty friends....how are things with you?

Things are good here at Bessell lane.x

 

 

 I am planning to do a mixed media canvas workshop very soon......

Would you be kind enough to share your thoughts on which style you prefer?  

Collage style or the hand drawn girl?

Mixed media canvas workshop - full day.

  

 

The girls and flower on These canvas's are  drawn by me by hand....yes you could do it...I promise I CANNOT Draw!!!!

This Would be totally unique to you!

 

 

The two below are "collage style" a little easier to do!

 

 

 So..... any thoughts?

New years resolutions?

 

So what are your new years resolutions?

Mine are:

1. To spend more time being creative for me.

 

2. Not to eat so  much (cut down the portions)- eyes bigger than my belly syndrome! - That is such a silly saying - just imagine if our eyes were the size of our belly's- what a sight...did you visualise that too??? ha ha

 

3. Do at least Some exercise.

So far this is working- week one going ok so far...how about you??

Welcome Georgie to the Stapleford craft group

 

A warm welcome to the stapleford craft Group to Georgie. (second week) Can you believe that

this is only the second card she has made! impressive I think...Well done Georgie!

 

 

 

 

This flower fairy card is by Trudy, coloured with watercolour pencils and decoupaged.

 Finally for today, Glenis has used an unusual colour mix of purple (no surprise there)!! pink & teal- I think it works well. the image is a digital stamp. the photo doesn't do it justice- her shoes are like Dorothy's slippers (Wizard of Oz, not our Dorothy...although given half a chance she would have shoes like that!!

 

 

Off now to make samples!
